เมื่อวันที่ 5–6 ตุลาคม 2566 ที่ผ่านมา มูลนิธิประเมินค่า-นายหน้าแห่งประเทศไทย ได้จัดงานสัมมนา Asia Pacific Real Estate Convention & Property Prix d’Excellence Awards 2023 ซึ่งเป็นเวทีระดับนานาชาติที่รวบรวมผู้นำด้านอสังหาริมทรัพย์จากทั่วทั้งภูมิภาคเอเชียแปซิฟิกมาแลกเปลี่ยนความรู้ กลยุทธ์ และประสบการณ์เชิงลึกในหลากหลายแง่มุมของธุรกิจอสังหาริมทรัพย์

ภายในงานมีผู้เข้าร่วมหลากหลายสาขาวิชาชีพ ทั้งนักพัฒนาอสังหาริมทรัพย์ นายหน้า นักลงทุน ผู้บริหารองค์กร และนักวิชาการ ซึ่งเดินทางมาจากหลายประเทศในภูมิภาค เพื่อร่วมฟังการบรรยายและเสวนาจากผู้เชี่ยวชาญกว่า 15 ท่าน ในหัวข้อที่ตอบโจทย์กับสถานการณ์ตลาดและแนวโน้มที่กำลังเปลี่ยนแปลงอย่างรวดเร็ว

The 2024 Asia Pacific Real Estate Convention & Property Prix d’Excellence Awards was held on 30–31 August 2024 at the Amari Bangkok Hotel. Organized by the Thai Appraisal Foundation in collaboration with over 20 real estate associations across ASEAN, the event served as a major international platform that brought together global real estate professionals for knowledge exchange and cross-border collaboration.

On October 5–6, 2023, the Thai Appraisal Foundation hosted the Asia Pacific Real Estate Convention & Property Prix d’Excellence Awards 2023 at the The Berkeley Hotel Pratunam in Bangkok. This international forum brought together real estate leaders and professionals from across the Asia-Pacific region to exchange knowledge, strategies, and in-depth insights into a wide range of real estate topics.
