To bring normal some of reduction in housing loan and if registration fees for purchase or selling the must be reduced .moreover if any tax is applicable for buying of land or building it should be abolished for certain period and encourage the real estate business by giving income tax free.
How should we adjust ourselves in real estate business?
To improve real estate the promoter may fix the rate in marginal profit with out any loss
