Even the agriculture land is down. Nobody is coming forward to invest. Already developers have invested and developed to much spaces, which is good for next 5-8 years. Only new development will see the investors to invest in lands, wait for signal to develop.
It should be wait and watch policy and invest in lands for future developments, where long time returns are possible. Office /hotel space to convert for residential use in small furnished apartments.

Reason: Employment decreased, big offices took the decision for work from home. Many offices and establishments closed. Airlines standstill. People could understand, they could manage in small needs. Lot of spaces got vacated. So demand for real-estate decreased.
