Prolonged sale turn around time. In an attempt to make some profit, the developers and vendors will have to take time to realize better prices. Whereas it generally take time to dispose off a property, the situation post Covid 19 will make the situation worse.
How should we adjust ourselves in real estate business?
Whereas real estate is capital intensive thus necceciates borrowing, it maybe safer for developers to inject more equity and borrow less before the market stabilizes.
