Companies rethink their office-space-strategy. From one hand there will be more space in an office to keep distance, from the other hand less employees because of using home-offices. In private more need for space; more rooms or even a house with garden.
I think there is no general strategy or advice in this matter.

Reason: We did not even reached the peak of the economical crisis, which will be caused by covid-19. The effect will start in a few months. If there will be a second wave, the effecr will be more dramatically. Economies will collapse, a lot of insolvencies and unemployment will be the result. Then real estate prices and values will even go more down than now expected.
