We have to be cautious in launching new projects and be careful in evaluating the proprties as Valuers
Developer, Builder / Contractor, Appraiser / Valuer
Reason: Lack of demand. People are not in mood of making new investments. Economy is sluggish and hence medium income group and lower income group are struggling for basic survival.
