Most People prefer to live in landed house but smaller unit like apartment due to their affordability. Apartment hi end still exist but market is very niche and location must very good. Outdoor lifestyle derives new outdoor facilities, more embrace with nature.

keep focusing on affordable landed house than apartments and compact design house but smart living (digital lifestyle) complete with private garden
