“Social distancing" will be the new normal, technologies of Smart building, Virtual interaction, touchless access control, contactless delivery will need to be introduced to the new development. The proper Air & Water filtering system and Air Admittance Valves (AAVs) for the plumbing will help to prevent virus spreading.
