How should we adjust ourselves in real estate business?
The price of residential property has a slightly uptrend in 2021. Sales and purchase transactions at around 7,400 April versus there are ~40,000 licensed realtors in Hong Kong. Some of the realtors have shifted their focus in selling the South Asian property markets such as Thailand, Malaysia, Cambodia, Vietnam and Great Bay Area of China in order to sustain their daily life.
