What are ‘new normal’ in real estate in your opinion?
Work from home, site inspections using location maps, referring videos, photographs, referring online property documents. To elaborate, In future, people would be more cautious to meet people, not only because the present pandemic but also due to fear of other diseases which could occur in future. So by practicing the aforesaid methods of working will takes care people health and also it would be more economical as well.
How should we adjust ourselves in real estate business?
In future we should be able speculate the real estate valuation based on various aspects such as political, economical, regional, social and traditional condition/status of the region. Also there could be chances more pandemic diseases evolving, if there are more bilateral conflicts, unnatural practices and promotion of industries without any vision or forethought of consequences of developing products.
