What are ‘new normal’ in real estate in your opinion?
Assuming Covid 19 is under control and daily life returns to pre-Covid normalcy, no significant fundamental changes are foreseen. However, a number of less dramatic changes may evolve over time as a result. Methods of operating may adapt to lessons learned and result in less business travel, working from home, increased use of online platforms and so on. We may also see developers experiment with housing conducive to working from home and traditional office space converted to mixed/shared use.
How should we adjust ourselves in real estate business?
