What are ‘new normal’ in real estate in your opinion?
People will move away from dense city center to less populated out skirts at lower rate but aquire bigger house. Sub urban areas show significant growth but mega cities may shrink or show qualitative differences Many old living styles may change ,changing employment pattern, terms and conditions . Small, functional, economical and convenient will be more attractive than what is in vogue.
