My above answers are for the Florida market. In the Florida market, South Florida in particular, we have been experiencing unprecedented growth and price appreciation. Our State had only a short shutdown and returned to normal by July 2020. Because of the way our state is run we are experiencing unprecedented numbers of people escaping Socialist run dystopian States and cities like New York, Chicago, California, Georgia and Washington DC. The people moving to Florida tend to be wealthy.
The only thing we have to fear is Globalist Socialists like Biden derailing the economy with their great reset takeover.
