What are ‘new normal’ in real estate in your opinion?
Here in Mid-Missouri markets the markets are pretty much normal. Retail and hotel/resort property are just coming back on line in full force so it will likely be 1st quarter 2022 before these are 100%.
How should we adjust ourselves in real estate business?
Currently housing is selling above list price in many markets in mid-Missouri. I believe this will temper itself within the next 6-8 months.
