What are ‘new normal’ in real estate in your opinion?
I think in our area home owners will stay in their home longer than in the past- buyer are making offer 1%-20% higher than asking price. Im curious to see what the new normal will be.
How should we adjust ourselves in real estate business?
Ive done this for 37 years. Be prepared I dont think we know what adjustments are in the future yet, our market is moving too fast prices are up 25%-35% over 5 years ago and still moving.
