How should we adjust ourselves in real estate business?
Build fewer office building until demand is back. Build greater housing immediatley. Convert some hotels in B and C markets to housing. Convert shopping mall in marginal markets to other uses...(universities, with dorms on site, distribution centers, etc) continue to build large distribution centers. Continue to build sustainable energy plants, wind, wind solar. Reduce our dependence on natural gas, fuel.
