What are ‘new normal’ in real estate in your opinion?
Currently High Demand due in part to Low Interest Rates and pent up demand. Very Low supply leading to price Increases in the 10-20% range for the next few years. Before supply increases and interest rates may go up because of Inflation. I teach Seminars on this and have done so for 20+ years
How should we adjust ourselves in real estate business?
Work hard to find product and support new and increased development
