What are ‘new normal’ in real estate in your opinion?
I have not answered the above selections as there was no option to select for sectors that have not been impacted by Covid. i.e. all sectors of the New Zealand (NZ) market have appreciated since Covid, which was a continuation of the trend pre Covid. The new normal in the NZ market is the aggressiveness of buyers around asset demand and the limited supply. This is creating a high level of risk which Valuers (Bankers, investors) are of the view that it must be near the "Top" yet keeps going.
How should we adjust ourselves in real estate business?
The adjustment required is improving and providing more detailed advice as to market bubbles and bull amrkets while still reflecting the market sentiment.
