I have not answered the above selections as there was no option to select for sectors that have not been impacted by Covid. i.e. all sectors of the New Zealand (NZ) market have appreciated since Covid, which was a continuation of the trend pre Covid. The new normal in the NZ market is the aggressiveness of buyers around asset demand and the limited supply.
