In our opinion there will be 2 perspectives: The old normal, there will be a big boom pend up demand in real estate just like any previous up cycles. Massive amount of international funds will be available for investment in Thailand. The developers will be more careful and cautious about market demand and supply with market study to be updated at all time. Prepare for just in case something were to happen as the new normal.
