Covid-19 pandemic has changed the real estate industry market. The residential property in demand, but the office space declined because of remote work from home due to social distance. Commercial property decline, but more large warehouse space is needed. The hotel and vacation property in the declined stage.
How should we adjust ourselves in real estate business?
The investor needs more good partners, expands to new markets, and understands the market demand. The agent needs to adopt new technology tools and use more social media to interact with customers to save time and money.
