What are ‘new normal’ in real estate in your opinion?
In New Zealand we have a hot market but I have observed a large number of people wanting to relocate from the cities especially now it is easier to work from home and this is putting prices up in the regions.
How should we adjust ourselves in real estate business?
I think we need to be more flexible in our working lives as above, I do beleive our Governemnt is finally going to encourage overseas investors which they have not been helpful to in recent times!
