What are ‘new normal’ in real estate in your opinion?
The pandemic accelerated a process that was already developing at a slower, but persistent pace – namely, the digitalization of the markets (including the Real Estate market). The sales methodology and also the procedures for formalizing sales are increasingly digital. The internet has taken the space of the real estate agent. Sales are executed online, without paper. The prevailing profile of today's buyer, a generation born during the digital revolution, helps a lot to consolidate this format.
How should we adjust ourselves in real estate business?
