What are ‘new normal’ in real estate in your opinion?
Needs and lifestyle of customer about real estate have changed e.g. space for working/studying from home, co-working space, Internet of Things, safety and security concerns. Thus, the real estate developers have to adjust their strategies to match customer's need such as applying digital marketing, advertising and selling via online platform, offering virtual presentation, providing more functions of the estate that match customer's lifestyle during COVID-19.
How should we adjust ourselves in real estate business?
As the developer, new strategies are needed e.g. using online direct sale, offer a working area for WFH, space for online study and home-quarantine, technology concerning safety and security (touchless technology, face recognition, voice command).
