What are ‘new normal’ in real estate in your opinion?
It is very hard to predict, but we can observe the changes in the living and working environment that affect our everyday life and make us want to be prepare for the eventuality of another pandemic - like event. The entire economy, including real estate tends to be more local, regional and decentralized, with demands for bigger living spaces and outdoors areas. Many office spaces will most likely be converted to apartments and condominiums since in- office presence is not mandatory anymore.
How should we adjust ourselves in real estate business?
Concentrate on the new wave of changes: demand for more living space, vacation homes, use of technology in everyday business, new Investment opportunities like reuse of space, adapting to innovative ways of selling and moving real estate assets such as tokenization, blockchain and use of crypto currencies.
