Due to pandemic most labourer have moved to there hometowns in 2019 .Few have returned back but still there is less availability of labourer for specialized works such as tile fitting, POP work, carpentary works, colouring works etc.this people will be return back in 2/3 months as now the pandemic effects are ending.Once there is availability of all this labourer then real estate will be at new normal state.
As of now the real sector sales wise is having good results.as the government has given incentives and discounts in registration charges.people from metro cities are moving out and purchasing houses in 2/3 tier cities. Nothing is in our hands time will take it's own course and business will be at normal.
