What are ‘new normal’ in real estate in your opinion?
Emergence of the COVID-19 changes the face or the earth forever. Social distancing will rewrite personal space scale. WFH will force major industries to change their workflow. Communication technology will be even more vital to our life. Online platform and logistic are new era of investment.
How should we adjust ourselves in real estate business?
We should look forward further ahead to post-Covid to improve our life quality with the present constrains and limitations. We should rethink how real estate would look like 2-3 years from now. For example: Home Office Hybrid with multifunctional space for multiple family generation. Offering personal environment with custom scenery. Providing all senses personalization including variety of mood and tone, essence, texture and color, lighting and ambient sound.
