What are ‘new normal’ in real estate in your opinion?
Please note that I a have provided information of SA market in general. Many owner would tend to retain and improve as the market is flat at present. There are purchasers looking for bargains as owners continue to face much difficulties. Rented apartments have a high vacancy or non payment by tenants
How should we adjust ourselves in real estate business?
The office industry has seen a trend to working from home and there is a downscaling of office space with a high vacancy trend. Market will take a long time to recover.
