What are ‘new normal’ in real estate in your opinion?
Questions starts from the point that market would have suffered. I miss answering options taking into account that certain markets totally did not suffer. NL has a shortage of residential properties, thus Covid did not affect the residential market overall. Everything residential is "hot". Prices countrywide rise with double digits. Shopping has oversupply. New Normal: teleworking will remain at least partially, for one or several days a week or at least grow further than before
