There will be a great influx of foreign buyers coming into Thailand within a matter of months after the Covid 19 pandemic ends and borders open up for foreign travel. Although a great number of buyers may start coming in they will arrive with great expectations of extremely low prices and will bea challenge to negotiate a good year or so after that period of new buyers begins.
Brokers and developers will need to be much more educated as to the value of their properties and how they can communicate those values to purchasers. Although a lot of buyers will come in, they will not be easy sales. Understanding your properties and communicating their value for money and ROI potential will be absolutely necessary to do business with these foreign buyers.
