Things will not change a lot, maybe those who can, will search for a bigger home with 1 more room to work from. Also people without families who will work from home, they could live also in other countries or areas they prefer most, instead next to work. So maybe some office buildings change to blocks of apartments and new storage spaces will rise.
We should try to see the demand as I mentioned before and adjust accordingly. As brokers and developers we should try to make everything digital, documents and house preview, and try to minimize the needed physical presence.
