Less face to face interactions. Families working together to help children buy. A determination for communities to be self reliant.
How should we adjust ourselves in real estate business?
Always be available & respond quickly. Be competent in the latest technologies & at a minimum be able to work to the same tech level as our clients. Provide 'market' feedback on to city and town planners In the area where we operate we are seeing increasing sale prices, a shortage of rental properties but also a shortage of labour.
