Your suggestion on foreigners’ buying properties in your city.
Answer:In Cambodia, Phnom Penh and Sihanouk Vile, are the good destination for invesment and residential purposes, almost all project developments they have concept of development with mixed use or multiple purpose, high return rate about 8% to 10% and one more thing, the properties value is still in good price (low price) for investment, it is not too high price and has the potential for providing loan with diversity of commercial banks either from oversea and local bank for property owner.
