Answer:Post Pandemic - Foreigners are investing in PUNE city, India as the profit margins are much higher even after deducting taxes. Pune city is a Cosmopolitan city and a lot of giant companies are setting up in Pune as it has plenty of cheap labour and very cost effective. Many international schools are setting up in Pune as Pube is also The Ixford of the East. Automobile industries, Information Technology Companies are all finding Pune City very attractive to set up business .
