Answer:My suggestion is that foreigners should have local business partners within their area of concern. Due to the impending construction of a new international airport in Bulacan, Philippines business activities will increase. The growing population in the region, the increasing housing backlog in the area, and the increase of the GDP is an indicator to place your gradual investment. Try to invest, You don't need to invest "Big" but you need to "Invest" to become "Big".
